Snow?!! Giveaways, and Stitching (barely)

Wow, I won a giveaway from Beth and I love it! She sent me the Northern Pine Designs "Ebb Tide" and the canvas that goes with it. Thank you so much, Beth!
We here in the Raleigh area did get about 5-6 in. of snow; it's been a long time for us to have any. Here's the view of the front,

then the back, ( I know, it looks pretty much the same.)

and the front steps. Interesting how the snow blew and left it this way.

I have stitched a little on a Bride's Tree ornament for January. This is Rosewood Manor's House in the series.

And lastly, this a reminder of enjoying life to the fullest....

Click on the picture and you get the full effect. Yes, Montana absolutely loved the snow.
Oh, to be young and free!

Montana wonderful dog! I like this breed of dogs. I want to buy the same dog in the future. A view of buildings in the snow is very beautiful!

Wow, Carolyn! You got way more than we did -- I'll bet your schools are still closed ;-).
My Pixie thought she would like it, but once her feet got wet and cold, she didn't want to go out for several hours! I also did the Rosewood Manor Bride's Tree ornaments. Are you a part of their blog?

I don't think Goldens ever grow out of that carefree play-in-the-snow stage, Carolyn. Kasey acts like a puppy whenever there's a blanket of snow on the ground. Her favorite thing is to dive into it, shoulder-first, and roll around.

Enjoy Montana while he's still a baby!

Hugs,
Beth

Doesn't he look like he's having a great time. We only got like 1/2" in Greensboro.

Nice stitching pictures. Good thing that puppy has dark eyes or you would have lost him in all that snow. LOL

I imagine that's quite a bit of snow for your area! It does look pretty thought, doesn't it? The puppy is just adorable, I can see why your not stitching as much, I'm sure he keeps you hopping.

Hey Carolyn! Montana is sure enjoying the snow! We did not get so much up here, kinda backwards, huh? DD did get today off from school anyway. Love the chart you won! I have Northern Pine's Blue Bayou, so you wanna SAL? ;-)

Looking forward to watching the progress on your stitching.

Love the pictures of the snow. Lets me know it's still Winter somewhere but not here. Our weather is more like Spring. Montana looks like he/she is having a ball in the snow.

Montana is SUCH a cutie. Looking at him how he plays and runs in the snow makes one want to play with him. And that says someone who is not really keen on snow. On the other side...lol...I'm sitting here under the airco to prevent overheating. Right now snow sounds very appealing to me. It's just too hot here today.
The stitching group for Christmas ornaments is such a good idea. I might give it a thought. Lovely stitching. Looking forward to see it finished

Thanks for your lovely comment on my blog! :) I enjoyed looking through your stitching and other pictures. Great WIPs, and I am envious of the snow! I miss snow! Your Montana is sooo flippin' cute! I had no idea that there was a difference between American Goldens & English Goldens--very interesting to learn that! I've only seen one yellow Golden here in Ireland, all the other Goldens are white. Enjoy your puppy!
